INGREDIENTS
- 8 thin shortbread cookies
- 1/2 cup Balsam Pistachio Halawa with Kunafa, softened slightly
- Vanilla ice cream, softened
METHOD
- Mix the softened halawa-kunafa spread into softened vanilla ice cream.
- Sandwich a scoop between two shortbread cookies.
- Freeze until firm before serving.
Let the ice cream soften just enough to fold in the spread evenly — too soft and the swirl disappears.
