  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, and sugar together.
  3. Stir in the eggs and vanilla until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Scoop onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes.

This dough is stickier than a wheat-flour dough — wetting your hands slightly makes it much easier to scoop and shape.
