Chewy, naturally gluten-free chocolate cookies made entirely with almond flour.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Balsam Almond Flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, and sugar together.
- Stir in the eggs and vanilla until a sticky dough forms.
- Scoop onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes.
This dough is stickier than a wheat-flour dough — wetting your hands slightly makes it much easier to scoop and shape.
