INGREDIENTS
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp Balsam Date Syrup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
METHOD
- Whisk the date syrup, soy sauce, and ginger together.
- Brush over the salmon fillets.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes, brushing with more glaze halfway through.
The natural sweetness of dates caramelizes into a glossy, sticky glaze without needing any refined sugar.
