Chunks of cinnamon pecan halawa folded through a brown sugar blondie base.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup Balsam Cinnamon Pecan Halawa, chopped
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and egg, then stir in the flour.
- Fold in the chopped halawa.
- Spread into a lined 8-inch pan and bake for 22–25 minutes.
Chop the halawa into rough chunks rather than crumbs — you want pockets of it throughout the blondie, not an even mix.
