INGREDIENTS
- 12 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup Balsam Tahini & Date Syrup with Cashew
- Flaky sea salt
METHOD
- Slice each date open lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
- Pipe or spoon the cashew tahini-date spread inside.
- Finish with a pinch of flaky salt.
The salt is essential here — it keeps this from tasting one-note sweet against the already-sweet dates.
