INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 cups milk
- 3 tbsp Balsam Cardamom Halawa
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Chopped pistachios, for topping
METHOD
- Simmer the rice and milk together over low heat, stirring often, for about 15 minutes until thickened.
- Stir in the cardamom halawa and sugar until melted through.
- Serve warm or chilled, topped with chopped pistachios.
The halawa already carries warm cardamom spice, so you likely won't need to add any extra.
