A warming, nutty latte built on antioxidant-rich black sesame tahini paste.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp Balsam Black Sesame Tahini Paste
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
METHOD
- Warm the milk in a saucepan.
- Whisk in the black sesame tahini paste and honey until fully dissolved.
- Froth if desired and serve warm.
Black sesame is naturally rich in anthocyanin antioxidants — the deep color is part of what makes it nutritionally interesting, not just visually.
