No-bake energy balls built around a traditional Mediterranean wellness blend.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Balsam Black Seed Tahini & Organic Honey Spread
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts
METHOD
- Stir the black seed spread and oats together until a thick dough forms.
- Fold in the chopped nuts.
- Chill 15 minutes, then roll into 1-inch balls.
Because the honey is already blended in, this dough comes together with no extra sweetener needed.
