INGREDIENTS
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/3 cup Balsam BBQ Sesame Tahini Spread
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Water, to thin
METHOD
- Thin the BBQ tahini spread with lemon juice and a splash of water until brushable.
- Brush over the chicken before grilling.
- Grill until cooked through, brushing with more glaze partway through.
Because this tahini already carries BBQ flavor, you can skip a separate bottled barbecue sauce entirely.
