A creamy, naturally sweetened smoothie built on tahini, date syrup, and almonds.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 2 tbsp Balsam Tahini & Date Syrup with Almond
METHOD
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth, adding more milk if needed.
- Pour and serve immediately.
This spread already carries its own sweetness and nuttiness, so there's no need for added sugar or extra nut butter.
