Warm roasted carrots finished with almond oil, toasted almonds, and fresh thyme.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb carrots, roasted
- 2 tbsp Balsam Almond Oil
- 2 tbsp toasted almonds, chopped
- Fresh thyme
METHOD
- Roast the carrots until tender and lightly caramelized.
- Drizzle with almond oil while still warm.
- Top with chopped toasted almonds and fresh thyme.
Warm carrots absorb the oil's flavor better than cold ones — drizzle right out of the oven.
