Warm roasted carrots finished with almond oil, toasted almonds, and fresh thyme.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb carrots, roasted
  • 2 tbsp Balsam Almond Oil
  • 2 tbsp toasted almonds, chopped
  • Fresh thyme

METHOD

  1. Roast the carrots until tender and lightly caramelized.
  2. Drizzle with almond oil while still warm.
  3. Top with chopped toasted almonds and fresh thyme.

Warm carrots absorb the oil's flavor better than cold ones — drizzle right out of the oven.
