One jar of tahini, five pantry staples, and a dressing that works on everything from roasted vegetables to grain bowls.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup Balsam Tahini Paste
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 small garlic clove, grated
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- Water, to thin
- Salt, to taste
METHOD
- Whisk the tahini paste and lemon juice together — it will seize and thicken first, that's normal.
- Whisk in the garlic and maple syrup.
- Add water 1 tbsp at a time, whisking, until pourable.
- Season with salt to taste.
This keeps in the fridge for about a week — just loosen it with a splash of water before serving.
