INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Balsam Pure Peanut Butter Spread
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey (optional, to taste)
- Pinch of salt
METHOD
- Stir the peanut butter, oats, honey, and salt together until a thick dough forms.
- Chill the mixture for 15 minutes to firm up.
- Roll into 1-inch balls.
- Store in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for longer.
Roll them in crushed peanuts or mini chocolate chips right after shaping, while the outside is still tacky.
